After 10 days of adjusting and coloring, this is what I have by far. The challenge part of this rendition is the color since there's a lot of shading and details. As I said in the analysis "The painting makes me feel like it's somewhat similar to Cubism", I draw the shade first to identify which section will go with what color and create the effect to make it looks similar to Cubist paintings.
Today is the first day of the project, and I'm doing the rendition of "Fight for Freedom" painting by Charles White. I looked at several websites of Realistic paintings before I got to this one. I chose to do this because it's simple and it also has lots of shading. I got the rough sketch of the painting so far and there's going to some adjustments to it. I will be using color pencils for this rendition because it's easier to make the shading with it. |
